Description: Type 1, inherently buoyant, vinyl dipped, adult life preserver. Materials:PVC based closed cell foam, liquid vinyl, 1” black polypropylene webbing, stainless steal D rings and clip, reflective tape. The value of vinyl is long lasting. The LP-1 vinyl dipped design will far outlast fabric-covered life jackets in use or in storage. The rectangular design of the LP-1 life vest maximizes storage space.
The tough vinyl coating is easy to clean and resistant to caustics, acids, UV light, hydrocarbons, mildew, fading, dirt, tears and abrasions. The LP-1 provides the same quality construction and durable materials as the proven Seahorse work vest, including Ensolite flotation foam.
SOLAS grade retro reflective tape and PFD light attachment points are standard on both the child and adult models.
These devices closely follow the U.S. Coast Guard drawings 160.0551A, models 62 and 66.
