The Burnside Lifeguard Rescue Can, developed over 40 years ago by L.A. County Lifeguard Chief Bob Burnside, remains one of the primary pieces of lifesaving equipment used by ocean lifeguards around the world. Burnside lifeguard rescue cans will not let you down – even in the strongest surf conditions!
The small patrol can is ideal for “One Victim-One Guard” surf rescues.

All of our rescue cans are manufactured in the USA and come with pebble-grained handles for improved grip, 10’ tow line and 2” nylon strap with Velcro. Popular among beach patrols for daily use as well as for junior lifeguard programs. Beware of inferior imitations!
