Instructions:
1. Rescuer should grab the throwline bag in one hand, and the buoy with the throwing arm.
2. Check the wind and current, and throw ring buoy with a side-arm motion to the front of
the victim.
3. Note: The throwline is not meant to lift the victim out of the water. |
