Description: Type IV throwable floatation
device, 30” diameter, suitable for
quick-release mechanisms. Hard
shell life ring able to weather the
most adverse environments, sure
to be an indispensable asset for
your maritime requirements.

Features:

• Shell is high impact linear, low-
density polyethylene that is UV
stabilized

• 100% foam filling will not absorb
water if punctured or torn

• International orange color for easy

detection

• Polypropylene UV resistant black rope encircles the buoy as a grabline

• SOLAS grade retro-reflective tape for visibility is included

• Optional throwline bag attachment

• Optional vinyl cover purchase

Instructions:

1. Rescuer should grab the throwline bag in one hand, and the buoy with the throwing arm.

2. Check the wind and current, and throw ring buoy with a side-arm motion to the front of
the victim.

3. Note: The throwline is not meant to lift the victim out of the water.
