We guarantee your satisfaction. Period. If you are not satisfied with anything you order from us, please call our friendly
Net 30, with approved credit only. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, personal checks and money orders. Net 30 will not be accepted until credit has been approved by our corporate office. Accounts delinquent over 30 days will be assessed a finance charge of 18% per annum, unless pre-approved before placing order.

HOW TO PAY
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card online as well as phone orders. American Express can only be accepted over the phone. Personal checks and money orders via mail. In addition, orders may be invoiced to a group’s account once established (see below).

NEW / OPEN ACCOUNTS
In order to create a revolving group or corporate purchase order over the web, simply fax or e-mail a blanket P.O. (purchase order) with a fixed dollar amount and we will set up your credit limit for online ordering. Call 1-800-445-8721 for further details. New accounts can easily be set up by simply calling 1-800-445-8721.
Samples are available upon request. They are billed at Net 30 or Visa, mastercard as security on samples. You may inspect the garment and return it within 15 days for full credit. If you prefer to test the garments, the invoice will be payable within 30 days.
Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on items ordered. No returns on custom orders including orders that are customized with our optional logos whether swimsuits, garments, or other items.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Including orders that are customized with optional logos. This includes swimsuits, T-shirts and other custom garments.
Swim Parkas are considered custom orders and ineligible for returns. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size before placing your order.
Personal sizing orders are not allowed. If multiple exchanges are needed for an order you may be subject to a restocking fee. Please feel free to call in and discuss sizing if you're unsure.
PRICE PROTECTION GUARANTEE
If there is a lower nationally advertised price currently available on the same item you want, just tell the operator. This becomes your new price. Please complete order form before calling.

Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. All current prices and policies will be quoted over the telephone and we welcome your inquiries.
All Lifeguard uniforms are meant to be worn by trained lifeguard professionals only.
HOW WE SHIP
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise. For Rush Deliveries, we offer UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight services. Some items may require freight or oversized/dimensional weight shipping. Please call 1-800-445-8721 for Rush Delivery and/or Overnight services.
Shipments on in-stock items usually occur within 24 hours after your order is received. Back ordered items ship as soon as manufacturers can supply.
Address related costs may be applied for the following reasons: Undeliverable address, Delivery Area Surcharges (Rural shipping), Shipping address corrections (please confirm the address is typed correctly), refused deliveries, and en route shipping address changes. If an adjustment is found after the item has shipped it will be applied to the original invoice. We will make every attempt to keep your shipping cost low.
Damaged packages or missing items must be reported upon the day of delivery.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping is for domestic shipments only. Overseas shipments will need shipping added to them after invoicing.
Returns on items with free shipping will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Purchase Orders that are not paid within 30 days will have shipping retroactively added to the order.
Free shipping will only be applied to stock numbers with free shipping designated.
International shipping costs outside the 48 contiguous United States may increase due to specific shipping costs which are different for every Country and order size. The shipping price you see online will usually need adjusting after you order.
Large products will only be shipped to a freight forwarder within the continental United States and must be pre-paid via wire transfer.
A majority of smaller orders will ship via USPS, please make sure that your shipping address will accept packages from the United States Postal Service. If you do not give a proper address and the package is undeliverable you will still be accountable for paying the shipping fees and merchandise.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. American Lifeguard Products will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date. Returns within 15 days will not be charged a restocking fee.
Only authorized returns will be accepted. Caller will receive a return authorization number. Please include this number in your box with a copy of your original invoice. Please call 800-445-8721 for a return authorization.
Returned products MUST come with packaging and/or tags, and MUST be in resalable condition. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. (Orders for custom merchandise or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed and are not returnable). Please allow 30 days for credit to be processed to your account. All packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to some vendor drop ship items.
U.S. Government Health Department requires swimsuits to be tried on over undergarments, otherwise garments cannot be accepted for return.
There are some products that cannot be returned or exchanged. These include Demo's, SUP's, Rescue Boards, Custom Logoed Suits, Grab Bags, Customized Items, and generally items that have to ship freight. If you feel you may need to return an oversized item please call and speak with a customer service rep to verify before ordering.
We will not accept returns on large orders. If you're unsure of an item please call in for a sample before proceeding with your full order.
